Booking Policies

All appointments require a deposit. The deposit will be applied to your service.

Transfer clients must book a Consultation appointment first.

This is a home salon. Entryway does require ability to walk up stairs, please let me know if accommodations are needed. There are two small dogs. Please let me know of drastic fears or allergies. Please inform me of any relevant allergies.

Service Time & Pricing

Retightening that requires more than the allotted time will be charged accordingly. If clients book the wrong service type proper service pricing will be applied.

Cancellations

Consultation fee and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduled to another available time, except for weekend slots and establishment holds as multiple days have been set aside. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of start time will surrender deposit. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed. Late arrivals, beyond 20 minutes can result in cancellation, additional fees, or incomplete servicing.

House Rules

Please arrive on time and if additional guests are necessary please give advance notice. This is a privilege to be used sparingly, with the exception of minors or persons with disabilities. Please arrive with hair washed or add on shampoo service to your appointment.

Payments

Payments are to be made at the time of service using cash, card, Apple Pay or Zelle* (*preferred method). For internet based payments please have a secondary form of payment available in case of provider outages.
