Client Policies & Service Expectations
To provide consistent, professional, and high-quality services, the following policies are in place. These policies protect both the client experience and the integrity of my practice.
Scheduling & Rescheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Same-day rescheduling requests may incur a $75 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

Repeated rescheduling may result in loss of future booking privileges.
Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are subject to a $25 late fee.

Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may require rescheduling and forfeiture of the appointment.

Late arrivals do not reduce the cost of the service.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice.
Payment & Prepayment

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Payments are non-refundable and transferable only if policies are followed.

Services will not be performed without confirmed payment.
Client Responsibility

Clients must follow all maintenance and aftercare instructions between appointments.

Failure to comply may impact results and continuation of services.
